End User License Agreement

1. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this End User License Agreement ("EULA"), Starlightweave Labs ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Access and play Aetherweave Gambit ("the Game") for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes;
• Create one or more user accounts as permitted by the Game;
• Participate in the Game's online features and community systems.

This license does not include the right to sublicense or transfer any rights to third parties.

2. Restrictions

You agree that you will NOT:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Game or its content;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game or attempt to derive source code;
• Use cheats, exploits, automation software, bots, hacks, mods, or any unauthorized third-party software designed to modify the Game experience;
• Exploit bugs or glitches in the Game for personal advantage;
• Create, use, or distribute tools that interfere with the Game's operation;
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Game servers or networks;
• Use the Game for any commercial purpose without prior written consent;
• Sell, trade, or transfer your account or any in-game items for real-world currency;
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely represent your affiliation;
• Harass, threaten, or engage in abusive behavior toward other players.

3. Ownership

The Game, including all content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to game mechanics, artwork, graphics, music, sound effects, text, characters, names, dialogue, stories, lore, and all intellectual property contained therein) is and shall remain the exclusive property of Starlightweave Labs and its licensors.

All trademarks, service marks, trade names, and trade dress associated with the Game are proprietary to Starlightweave Labs. The "Aetherweave Gambit" name, "Ego Sword" designs, faction names, and character designs are registered trademarks of Starlightweave Labs.

Your account and any associated in-game items, characters, or progress are licensed, not sold, to you. You do not own any virtual items or currency within the Game.

4. User Content

If the Game permits you to submit, upload, or create content ("User Content"), you retain ownership of any intellectual property rights you hold in that User Content. However, by submitting User Content, you grant Starlightweave Labs a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such User Content in connection with the Game and our business operations.

You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to grant this license and that your User Content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

5. Updates and Modifications

We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue the Game or any part thereof at any time without prior notice. Updates may be required to continue accessing the Game. We are not obligated to provide any updates, enhancements, or support for the Game.

We may modify this EULA at any time. Continued use of the Game after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

6. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. We may terminate or suspend your license and access to the Game immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of this EULA;
• Violation of our Terms of Service or Community Guidelines;
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity;
• Extended periods of inactivity;
• Upon your request for account deletion.

Upon termination, your right to use the Game will immediately cease. All provisions of this EULA which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

7. Disclaimers

THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

• The Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure;
• Defects will be corrected;
• The Game or servers are free of viruses or harmful components;
• The Game will meet your specific requirements or expectations.

You acknowledge that online gaming involves inherent risks including exposure to content created by other users, potential service interruptions, and connectivity issues.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL STARLIGHTWEAVE LABS, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses;
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your account or data;
• Conduct of any third party in connection with the Game;
• Any other matter relating to the Game.

Our total liability for all claims arising from or relating to this EULA or the Game shall not exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which Starlightweave Labs is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from this EULA or your use of the Game shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.
